Slipper sox

These are super comfy thick slipper sox - they're made using worsted wool, I'm using Lamb's Pride Bulky. These are super fast to knit.  I'm making these and another pair for gifts for my nieces - can see the need for a pair on my feet in the not too distant future. The free pattern is by Veronica Van - it's available on Ravelry.

  1. Cute and what a great color! Lambs Pride is such a good wool for this kind of thing too. Good job!

  2. Are these for Chris's girls? Maybe they'll call them "auntie sox."

    1. It depends on how much of a beginning knitter you are. If you can knit, purl, knit two together and slip, slip knit you can do them. It's fast knitting.since it's thick yarn. Oh yes, and you need to do the Kitchener stitch at the toe but with so few stitches you could even pull the yarn through to close up the toe.
